Theresa Taylor, a dog groomer from Williams County, Ohio, is now trying to put her life together after she lost 4 of her clients’ dogs and everything went downhill. Her husband, Phillip, threatened to kill her at home after working at her grooming shop all day. She left the house. However, her husband kept bothering her through text messages.
“He just kept texting me and telling me that he was killing my dogs and if I wanted to save them I’d have to come back and let him take me,” Theresa told 13ABC.
Theresa’s husband shot 4 dogs, one of which was a therapy dog for the Beck family. Then, he was charged with a felony of harm to companion animals. After appearing in court, he was released but was ordered not to have any contacts with his wife and to turn over his firearms.
Theresa then wrote a message on Facebook, which said: “The dogs at my house have been murdered by my Now EXhusband and I lost 4 of the most precious little souls in the world. I will never be the same. But I will be stronger. And I now know how much I am loved. Thanks to all of you. And all you people trying to start Drama over this (Bite Me!)”
Randy Beck, whose wife’s therapy dog, Lily, was killed, is outraged;
“I wish she would have come and said hey I’m having personal problems. Maybe don’t bring the dog in for grooming. Had she done that we wouldn’t have brought Lily in and she’d be alive today,” Beck shared.
