Some people dream of taking a world tour after retirement, some just want to rest for the rest of their lives.

Not this man.

Eugene Bostick retired from his job with the Union Pacific railroad in Texas and since then, he’s the happiest he’s ever been.

His sort-of-new-job is taking up all of his time…and he loves every second of it!

“We live down on a dead-end street, where me and my brother have a horse barn,” Bostick said. “People sometimes come by and dump dogs out here, leaving them to starve. So, we started feeding them, letting them in, taking them to the vet to get them spayed and neutered. We made a place for them to live.”

Mickey is the lookout for the left side of the train. Jack likes to ride shotgun and guards the train from the right side.

Now, he’s made it his personal job to take care of those homeless dogs. He even invented the “dog train” that he uses to keep the dog happy.

What is that you might ask?
